Jamaal joined ISA in 2023 and is inspired by his family and helping young people reach their full potential. Jamaal was raised in Missouri City, TX and his family placed a big emphasis on education and sports. He graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1999, then received a doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College in 2004, and a Master’s in Education (Sports Administration) from Midwestern State University in 2020. He became a certified contract advisor in 2021. 

Jamaal brings a unique amount of experience to his clients having coached football and track athletes in Texas and by being able to demonstrate to athletes how to properly take care of their overall health. He has coached first round NFL draft picks as well as athletes who went on to win Olympic gold medals.

Demitra Carter joined ISA in 2023 to manage the acquisition of new track and field athletes. She is a native of Kansas City, KS, and a former D1 sprinter at Baylor University. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Science in Education in Sport Management.

Demitra became officially certified by USATF and World Athletics in 2022. Currently being the youngest licensed agent, her goal is to bring a new perspective of representation to the track world she loves so much. She created and hosts a series called Tiny Talks on the Track, a new-age interview platform that asks athletes light-hearted questions to help bridge the gap between fans and athletes.

Demitra has worked with top brands such as Nike, On Running, Under Armour, Exos, and more, bringing a unique perspective as a former athlete with a sports business resume to match.
